Swing Inn Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants. Since discovering the place I’ve been visiting weekly. The Wild West burger is a amazing — it's easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. And don’t skip the cinnamon roll. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service make each visit a pleasure. If you’re looking for delicious comfort food, Swing Inn Cafe is a must-visit!

Great time, delicious food and our server Mark was amazing and knew everything about the food and drinks. Will definitely go back to have some awesome BBQ. Everything Mark recommended was so delicious

This place has a good atmosphere. The staff is busy making sure you are taken care of. When my wife and I went, the lunch rush was going on, and we were seated quickly because of the plenty of room. The food and appetizers were amazing and came out quick enough. The portions were great, and we had leftovers. The Brisket and Ribs disolves and falls apart, and they are juicy. Overall, you will not be disappointed with this restaurant. Sadly, Uncle Hank wasn't there

Mark was our server and did a fantastic job introducing us to the menu and offering recommendations. We took most of them and tried the brisket, pork belly and ribs. The brisket was my favorite but the flavor and tenderness on the other two was outstanding. Needless to say, we left with full bellies and look forward to our next visit. Big shot out to Mark for the positive energy!

This is an iconic fixture in Temecula Old Tiwn since 1927. The food has been upgraded. And the service is the best of old-fashioned friendliness and hard work. We had the smoked brisket, which was melt in your mouth tender and just dry …

Visited on a Thursday with a girlfriend. Awesome food, quaint atmosphere, awesome service. We enjoyed ourselves on a stay cation ????

I have been here multiple times for breakfast and in the last two months have been for dinner. The BBQ is Texas style and this is the best BBQ in town. I also think this is the best value for your money. The portions are large and two people can easily share any meal. Mark was our server for a birthday dinner and his service was awesome! For an appetizer, try the cheese curds...you won't regret it.

We loved the food and atmosphere. Our waiter Mark was so friendly and informative. He was seriously one of the best waiters we have ever had. Love all the merchandise too!!! Looking forward to going back.

Do not let Dean Norris' extensive resume lead you to think the Swing Inn Cafe is a gimmick. He obviously brought together the right team to make this place hum. I'm 120 mi away on the LA / Ventura Co border and made the drive on Sunday afternoon. I wasn't sure what to expect. Street parking is available and free. There is also a lot behind the cafe which is free for patrons (others get charged). On a really busy day there is a city parking structure a block away at the end of 3rd St. (the cafe is on the corner of 3rd & Old Town Front St). I found a spot at the counter at 3:30pm. Menu looked great - and I was ready for the BBQ. Jamie took excellent care of me and gave me some great suggestions!! I went with the 2 Meat Platter, and chose the Moist Prime Brisket (the alternative would be a lean cut - meaning more on the dry side) and the Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Sides seemed typical, and I don't always eat those anyway, since I focus on the meat. Cole slaw and baked beans. I was blown away by the size of the plate. The brisket was sooo tender and flavorful. The large chunks of pork belly were perfectly sticky with sauce. I did try the cole slaw, which seems hit or miss elsewhere. Often too dry. Not here. Perfect dressing mixed in. Not runny; it had substance. And it also had some dill added!! What a flavor boost!! Never had that before. And I polished it off. Same with the baked beans! Definitely not standard. Had a nice kick to them! Extra thick BBQ sauce mixture. Needless to say I had an abundance of food left over. Yet it stored perfectly in the to-go box for the trek back home. Already recommending this place to friends. It is well worth the drive. If you live closer you're lucky. Will be returning regularly!!

Okay let me start with letting you know the meat here is TENDER!!! We waited no more than 10 minutes for a table inside. The patio out front is partially covered and they have umbrellas and misters to keep cool. The place was pretty busy the whole time we were there. Our waiter was friendly and offered tips/suggestions with the menu. A two meat plates is more than enough for two people (and we stiill had leftovers to take home). So here's my take on the food Smoked chicken wings - smoked to perfection, nice and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. Really really bland, we had to eat with sauce to give them a little flavor. Baked beans - too sweet and tangy for my liking. The beans come with burnt brisket ends. It would've been better if they chop/shred the brisket ends and mix evenly with the bean to balances out the flavors. Mac N Cheese - would have tasted better if the cheese on top was melted. Brisket & Ribs - very tender and moist but bland (you definitely need bbq sauce to add flavor). Good thing is they have three different bbq sauces to choose from (sweet, original and spicy). All three bbq sauces were good. Texas toast - a little dry but good FYI: Plenty of street parking and covered parking structure. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner.
